These 15 Models Are WORTHLESS Now!
Embed
- Published on Mar 16, 2026
- Some cars don't just lose value-they become flat-out worthless.
I'm talking about brand-new cars from 2023 and 2024 that have turned into financial nightmares. If you bought one of these, you could be trapped underwater on your loan right now-owing thousands more than your car is worth. We're seeing losses of 50%, 60%, even 80% in as little as one year.
These models have imploded so hard that nobody wants them-not even the dealers.
Today, I'm breaking down the 15 cars that will be barely worth anything in 2026.

i think they are priced still way too high even at 50% off.
Even if they PAID Me to take it, I wouldn't. Sorry those who own them. IT's NOT a truck.
@henryhill3778 i have a v8 truck and a older toyota(for around town). i could use a newer around town car. for 10k i'd buy one.
@henryhill3778I'd be willing to pay less than half on a couple of them but dealerships are completely unrealistic and unreasonable. At current prices, they can rot on a lot.
ALL these new cars are UGLY
When you run out of gas, you walk to a gas station to get more, when you run out of charge you have to call a tow to get you to a charger. I came across a guy begging me to use my bankcard to get some charge on his eve because the machine rejected his card, when an ev breaks down, you may not get parts and if so they are beyond expensive and you won't get anything at autozone period
Anyone buying an electric vehicle is a fool
If you bought a cyber truck, you got cyber
fucked.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂🤣🤪😜😅🤣🤣😂🤣😅😆😆😆😆😆😆
you get a ticket for being on your phone while driving but nowadays all cars have nothing but touchscreens everywhere.. make it make sense
EVs should have cold/warm weather range ratings the way gas engines split city/highway
At the present level of electric technology NO ONE should own this boondoggle.
Tesla doesn't need it with the 30 way heat pump. Summer winter makes no difference
That’s pretty smart I never thought of that
Good idea but that would make it obvious to everyone what they are actually buying.
Stay away from junk like that.
Tesla's cyber-truck always struck me as a cheap prop from a low budget sci-fi film.
i recommend a test drive. that will change the way your closed mind sees them.
The ONLY real future use of the UGLY P.O.S.!
@jaywhitehead1171ok Tesla stock meme boy.
@jaywhitehead1171 Maybe their more carlike offerings,, but not the bloatmobile Cybertruck.
@godozo if you are not afraid, test drive one. then report back.
Cybertruck looks like abandoned old commercial kitchen sink at an Alley
Great metaphor!
It looks like PS1 graphics
A dumpster on wheels
Cybertruck is ALL Elon’s ego and company wide Yesmen! Wonder how his one trillion dollar compensation package is working?
But its got GREAT hard edged left and right front fender blades for mowing soft targets blocking the roadway. And its the best vehicle to piss off Lefties
Jeep Wagoneer pricing was a criminal act.
Loved the original wagoneer ... I would restore one anytime !
People going into dealerships to buy one should have to visit a psychiatrist first
That plus it looks unbalanced and therefore, imo, hideous
i can't speak....my mouth is on the floor...did he really say over a hundred grand. That mom van looking SUV is the second ugliest vehicle they ever produced.
And did I miss that general motors sold to some Euro brand...I recognized all new makers for these classic vehicle brands.
Lol bro over 100g's for some piece of shit jeep is crazy, who ever pays that should be admitted into a mental institution!!
"Wagoneer" doesn't scream "luxury!"
When I see one it screams “the person driving this is an idiot!”
In my opinion it has the same problem as those weird "big" Mini's. Mini SUV's and/or stationwagons make absolutely no sense to me, because you want a small car, but then the big version.........
With the Jeep Wagoneer it's "I want a Jeep, a tough off-road vehicle, but then the extreme luxury version that will most likely bog down the first time I take it off-road".
The Grand Wagoneer used to be a luxury car when it had wood grain siding. Was a status symbol in the 80’s and 90’s. I wouldn’t buy a new one for $20k let alone what they’re asking.
It disappointed me, they want my life savings to purchase it.
$100k+ It’s not for me, some rich government worker that is overweight, overrated, and overpaid…
But it does Scream!!! Wheres the towe truck!!!
Still Driving my 2000 Accord 2.3L with 390k on the Clock
RUNS PERFECTLY
Still driving my fiat Punto 2003 and damn thing won't break down. Never goes to the garage and starts every time. 😢
Hey I have a 2001 accord had it for 5 years all it ever needed was alternator starter maintenance almost free
SMART!
still enjoying my 2000 honda civic with 300k+ miles😂 Never will i buy a new car
@HKST51R
Civic Gen 7 with either D17 or K20 are both Bullet Proof
With OUTLAST ANY MODERN Day 💩💩 EVs
LOL
Anyone remember hoverboards or Deloreans?.
i loved my Delorean
Actually, the DeLoreans, as a CHASSIS were pretty good (stainless steel), however the guts of car were total trash. Similar to MG and similar. We also had a "Safety Car Company" in Goleta California, run by one of our company's reject managers, who tried this same thing. The got some driver gear and engines from Renault, and they put a chassis around it. Failed misreably. Even in Californica the motor-works were so poor they only lasted a year or two. I had an MG LongBack (because I was tall), and it was also total crap. Getting it serviced took half the life of the car.
To many Electronics that no body want's or need's if fall's nobody knows how to fix including Dealer
My hoverboard wouldn't work over water. What a piece of trash.
Yeah unfortunately we got cybertrucks instead.😢
Cyber Truck was the stupidest design for a truck, ever.
It looks as tho designed by a guy with a lot of plywood
@Arkmay55 And then built out of MDF!
🤣🤣
You think ?
The design was the result of a nightmare
the Cybertruck makes the Pontiac Aztek look like a Bentley
You can't see out the back of either one of them
the Cybertruck looks like it was designed by a blind 5-year old
Ugly
I saw one in a parking lot the other day...it was frigging enormous, ugly and enormous.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Whatever happened to simplicity and analog gauges and buttons and toggle switches?
They've fled to my house 😂 in the form of a 1980 MGB roadster and my late Dad's 1973 Aston Martin AMV8 ... keeping them forever ♾️
A screen is cheaper.
They cant kill switch it remotely.
@mark70777 haha, good point, probably true. I'm immune 😁
The cost is exponentially more expensive. Newcastle way less to program a screen versus manufacturing, a bunch of buttons, wiring, and sensors on top of that. Especially with a lot of mechanical parts.
The lesson here is they’re all way over priced
The lesson here is don't buy an EV , buy a car with an engine that runs on gasoline.
SUMMARY: ALL new vehicles with inflated prices lose 50% of their value. This has been true for over 50 years. Nothing new, has always been like this and will always be like this, you see it year after year for all vehicles. The used car prices are ALSO way too high, as these vehicles were marked up 80% at the dealerships to begin with. It cost EXACTLY $8236 to $9327 to manufacture an electric car and have it stand ready for sale on the dealership parking lot. The rest is markup. They are way cheaper to build than gasoline cars and are definitely the future of all vehicles..
@ASDasdSDsadASD-nc7lf THANKS for mentioning the 50% rule!! (Nobody else seems aware of it) I rolled my eyes each time the narration implied it should shock me.
@ASDasdSDsadASD-nc7lf They will fall flat on their face as infrastructure will not keep up. Places like kalifornica don't have enough power now, much less when millions plug their EV in to charge. These states will never build power stations to keep up. After all, as of now they use fossil fuels.
@Leo555ZZZ Diesel??
The Cyber Truck is an example of a 5yr old speaking something into existence.
My neighbor just changed their MO recently. Sold the big motorhome and the desert toys. Now there's a cyber truck and another tesla car. I wonder if he bought the car and they gave him the truck as incentive. Seems like a bright guy. These were know to be trash long before he got this one. I see the hood open a lot.
Used 2024 cybertruck awd going for $75k. New they are $79k. Seems like they are retaining their value pretty well
@flethuman Sure, if you’re a schmuk that jerks it to NFT’s and shit.
@Surfklone sounds like you have Elon Derangement Syndrome. You lost the argument once you resorted to name calling. What a low information person you are.
what shock me the most is that i expected the cybertruck to be at #1 and it was so far from there ... wow :)
Rule #1, Never buy a brand new car.
Dude, don't destroy the game 😅
76 year old dude here and I have followed that rule since I first started driving 55 years ago. One lemon out of the whole bunch. Total loss on the lemon, under $1,000 ... Total saved on the others?
Well over a hundred grand.
Rule #2, Never by an EV.
Rule #2 dont buy an EV
@traitorousbipeds Rule #3, Invest in either a Toyota, Honda, or Mazda. Avoid Nissan, Mitsubishi, and Subaru.
those Cybertrucks looks like a prop in a
Woody Allen Sci-Fi movie
First time I've heard AI gasp for air to make a complete sentence!
Once you hear one, you hear all of them!
Constantly! 😂😂😂
@QuincyHolloway-eb5yythere’s so many of them!
SOOOO sick of the Ai voices.
The Cybertruck is not worthy of being called a vehicle.
The only thing they are good for is pointing out the stupid people driving them.
says someone who hasn't the ability to afford one, or at least drive one to make up their own opinion instead of mirroring the other idiots who have opinions, but never bothered to look at them and drive them. best vehicle i have ever owned. and i have owned many and nice cars too. none come close to the satisfaction i get everytime i open the door and drive it. or rather, let it drive me.
@jaywhitehead1171
Best vehicle you’ve ever owned… seriously? Didn’t all the recalls impact you at all?
@dozzer009 no. i bought a 2025. all recalls were already been completed on my vehicle at time of assembly. i have had zero recalls. just ota updates improving fsd supervised. no paint to worry about, no dents, no rust, no gas, no oil changes, fill the washer fluid, and plug in when i get home. insurance was lower than the grand wagoneer i traded in for it, tags cost 200.00 a year, but i don't pay gas tax, so that is my charge for driving on public roads. i truly have not found one downfall to this vehicle. and the majority of owners feel exactly the same. ford had what, 160 recalls last year, and people want to bring up the fact that tesla had several on the first generation of a truck?
@jaywhitehead1171 Same here. Just over the air updates for FSD and general software. No recalls. People need to understand the transition experienced from horse to Auto to appreciate progression of ICE to EV. Not overnight but doesn't need ECO reasons to 'force' a transition. FSD and the performance is amazing.
Cyber Trunk already looks like a garbage dumpster on wheel when it came out.😂😂
Used 2024 cybertruck awd going for $75k. New they are $79k. Seems like they are retaining their value pretty well
I like my 25 year old Ford F-250 7.3 Diesel pickup just fine. Paid cash and never looked back. No serious problems. It just runs and runs and runs.
I've owned a diesel F 250 and f350, both were used and were great trucks.
@David-rd3if I hear you.
Mine as well! I've only racked up 41k miles on my F-350 Power Stroke. It'll run forever.
Same with my GMC 2500 VAndura, 350V8, TBI, with Positraction. 1995. 170Kmiles.
My 04 Dodge 1500 gets me to and from work everyday (cold and hot weather).
All cyber trucks are worthless, they are never cost effective.
another leftist mouthpiece.
The Tesla truck looks like a viking refrigerator with wheels.
Let them keep all their trash. This time no government bail outs.
😂l😂😂😂😂😂
They got their bailout on the front this time. The government dumped 100s of billions into this scam.
a hundred thousand dollars for a car boggles my mind. That's TWICE what I paid for my first house. My heart goes out to anyone trying to grow up and/or raise kids in this clownshow of an economy.
except no it's not, factor in inflation
Don’t buy one
AGREED!
👍🏻👍🏻ripoff 🤡 $how!
Some can afford it
Put real knobs, buttons and knobs back into the cars. No one wants to try and touch a screen at 70mph trying to tune your radio.
Omg you’re so right! I just picked up a bmw loaner that is 10 years newer than my car, which has knobs and buttons. Navigation is so much easier when you can dial in the digits vs pointing and pressing a non-reactive screen. And I just learned from another auto utuber that all the newer vehicles are tracking your gps data and driving habits and selling your data to insurance companies who can jack up your insurance rates. There is too much digital footprint. Not going to buy another vehicle anytime soon.
very dangerous
Never again a BMW customer said and then gets another BMW. What an idiot.
And on Stellantis. They have created a mess. Poor management and over priced vehicles. They bought reliable brands and are trashing them horribly. They clearly don’t know or understand the segments they’re marketing to.
Chrysler has gone into bankruptcy multiple times since Lee iococa 78'
Poor Chrysler, never really had a chance, all those owners and grifters. Nobody cared about Mopar!
Agreed. They have Grand Cherokee that people loved with so,I’d V6 and desirable HEMis. What do they do? Give us a horrible new 4xe hybrid turbo that is a mechanical nightmare, get rid of V8s, then for top trims in 2026 are coming out with a 2 liter turbo. Madness 🤦♂️
Can anyone imagine driving around is such a hideous vehicle? They look like an elementary school student designed them! I can't imagine who would pay money for such a monstrosity!
The Cybertruck looks like a demented dustbin.
TWO SHEETS OF PLYWOOD FRAME A COOPER😮😮
When I see one of these things on the road -- I roll down my window and point at them and laugh
@michaeloconnor6683 Does wifey do the same thing when your drawers are pulled down?
Btw I don’t own any Teslas. I just find ppl like you to be incredibly simple.
5:21 full of BS. That cybertruck was “rust wrapped” by LuXe Concepts in 2024. Stainless steel doesn’t rust like that
@rudetoy8264The whole video is mostly BS. All these Ai videos are.
I'm shocked no mention of the 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona EV. The RT version was cancelled after just 1 model year!
It only effected 5 people though so not newsworthy. ;)
I can’t unsee the angry beaver teeth😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Cyber truck looks like the vehicle in the old video game moon patrol , it just needs the cannon guns put on top of it.
Cybertruck is nowhere near as cool
Greed will bring them all down.
impracticallity will bring them down faster than cost and low resale values
They were propped up by a trillion dollars of taxpayers money. When that ran out, they started losing their own money.
I designed the cyber truck decades ago when I cut a couple of angles in a block of wood at the Cub Scouts pinewood derby.
Touch screens should be illegal.
Yes with so many items on a screen to sort out or find - it is a dangerous distraction when driving ! Perhaps Voice-Command is an answer ?
@HartmutJagerArt How about buttons and knobs? I can do anything to adjust systems in my car without taking my eyes off the road. Add lower failure rate and/or repair cost and I think we may have a winner
i'll never understand how an electric vehicle that requires the battery to move has so many electric gizmos inside draining the battery
Agreed you don't need all the crap teck it's a waste of money
@HartmutJagerArt I Uber'd in a Tesla this morning. I noticed the uninterrupted door-to-door dashboard and the center-dash touch screen display. The driver explained. "Yes. They're going more with the screens because instrument panels and buttons change. In four years your dashboard will look obsolete and be out of style. A screen never changes, and it can be updated." I thought, "Yeah, sure, until Tesla decides LED's, buttons, and knobs are cool again. In about four years." I'll take the dashboard of a 1972 Chevelle SS (preferably in the classic Mediterranean Blue) any day over any IP the carmakers are selling us today.
Cybertruck is not revolutionary, it is revolting
Used 2024 cybertruck awd going for $75k. New they are $79k. Seems like they are retaining their value pretty well
@flethumanjust look at how corrupt tesla is with the stock market. That's the only reason.
@Redinjunmaann95. You have TDS and EDS. You are low information user. Do some more research before posting. What does stock price have to do with used car prices?
They were worthless the day they were built.
When the Ford Lightning first
came out, many dealers were charging 10’s of thousands of dollars OVER MSRP.
Only fools pay over MSRP for ANY vehicle
Not to mention all of the add-ons that nobody wants like lift kits, tires and whatever else they can add on to raise the price.
Only Fools pay at msrp to begin with!
Yup . People paid 150000 for the first Prowlers when they came out. With a wimpy v6 no less! Fools.
I rented a nice Ford electric car on vacation and spent hours charging and range anxiety 😢
I will never get an electric car
I used a Chevy bolt 2023 going from San Francisco to Portland and it was fine. Great car.
I bought the HYBRID, and LOVE it. I'd never by an EV truck, though, at the current level of quality and performance.
@jimmyfale6370 i will never buy a new gas car anymore .. its horrible !!!
Well just rent a tesla or kia or a byd .. ford has been falling behind dramatically ....
Don’t want car that runs on electricity.
Never look at a car as an investment.
I'd say that almost all of Jay Leno's cars are "investments"!
A new car depreciates 2K when you drive it off the lot.😮
Unless it costs more than half a mil
Speak for yourself, I drive a 2001 Pontiac Aztek.
Yeah, I'm bragging.
@Herbie11😂😂😂😂😂
Buying a car is not an investment, the car takes you from point A to point B. You drive it until the end of its life and buy a new one
Might be a little different for a work truck, but yes. In German language we call them "long living consumer goods" ...
So true. The only people thinking about their "equity" in a car are the ones buying new cars every 3y, i.e., financial illiterates.
Buying a new car or truck. Is a 10 year payment. We are Stupid to buy this stuff!!!
@jamesphelps4168people think "depreciation is high, this is terrible!", but I think "depreciation is high, there are some great deals on used cars!"
Thank you. I don't intend to get rid of my " analog" car until it disintergrates!!
😊 ❤.
My 2011 CR-V runs like a top. My 1996 Honda Accord had over 350,000 miles on it. Tried to sell it but no one knew how to drive a stick shift. The mechanic at the Honda dealership bought it.
Was expecting to see the VW ID Buzz...
People want simplicity -- affordability - reliability - and a long lasting vehicle - not all the useless gadgets and toys for occasional use - with limited electronics and gadgetry - who really NEEDS a Maybach for every day use ?
I don't 'need' a 454 in my boat, but I've got it. I love it!
@Arkmay55but does your boat have 37 computers that control every part of it?? That's the difference. You need a 454, you don't need 37 computers to operate it.
Exactly. Ever car needs less electronics and gadgets. All they do is cause problems. The more you have, the more problems you have. And repairs will be extremely expensive once warranty is over which makes them absolutely worthless.
Very true. I am driving an EV and have switched off the ADAS (driving assistance) and most of other AI and "smart" functions. I can't stand the constant nagging from my car. What I need are only an electric motor, a battery and an electronic controller with other parts common to an ICE car.
My radio changes stations on me for no reason.
Worthless is my price range can I have one?
I picked up an 04 Chevy suburban a few years ago Z 71 package. $3000 off a used lot. Put 50,000 miles on it. Now I’ve replaced the engine and the transmission for about $16,000 completely new brakesand other small things. So now with roughly $20,000 into it I have a full size amazing SUV which I can put another several hundred thousand miles on. That’s an investment worth keeping.
That my friend is exactly how it's done....
Putting a lot of gas in the guzzler you call smart? Please!
That’s an investment, but I wouldn’t say a smart one
@screenheads3812 well I guess it all depends. I’m seventy years old. I’m on fixed income and a little bit of part-time work as an electrician. I need this type of vehicle for towing, for holding tools, for carrying five dogs and doing outdoor outings. So, yes, it does fit my needs and my lifestyle. And this vehicle fits the bill for the rest of my life. Not for everyone for sure. I get your point. Really comes down to individual necessity. To get a new version of this is absolutely ridiculous. And the problems with newer vehicles are numerous. The year models of suburbans in that era with a 5.3 L Vortech engine, are legendary. Plus for my age and income level, I absolutely don’t want to take on car payments. So for me good choice. Again, not for everyone.
@leoluc5012 this is the vehicle I need for work and play. Similar vehicles brand new pretty much get the same gas mileage. I am semi retired, a part-time electrician. I haul trailers, tools, dogs, etc. I live up in Teton Valley Idaho and need a heavy duty four-wheel-drive truck. To buy something like this new is upwards of $70-$100,000. And I’m not driving tens of thousands of miles a year. So gas price is really not an issue for me. Sure if you’re a long distance driver and you don’t need to haul stuff then you need a more economical vehicle for sure.
You should throw the volkswagen arteon on that list as well
Who cares if a car loses value? I’m not trying to get rich by re selling it
So if you need a cheaper, nearly new vehicle these are the ones to check out?
That’s what I did.
Bought a 2020 leaf with less than 30k miles in it and 98 battery SOH for 10k
They were 30k+ new
Hope everyone enjoyed their 7500 tax credit.
Once gas drops to less than $1.00/gallon you’ll be on par with my fuel expense. Big oil loves the obedient peasant types.
😂😂
Still am thanks!
I enjoyed my $4k used car tax credit when I purchased my used Prius prime
I imagine they blew that money
Yeah, if you bought a cyber truck, I have an ocean to sell you.
The Cybertruck is what rich people thought poor people thought rich people would be driving in the the year 2000.
Cyber trucks are worthless when they were brand new
All ev's are worthless new.
no ,there was hype when they were new - but that went out quick
Ever since the touch screen made it into the cars they lost the direction on what makes a good car ..
The spiral down into poorly manufactured vehicles, started long before the ridiculous screens.
I don’t dare post my opinion of the Cyber truck design…..😂
It looks like a refrigerator on wheels.
@johnlyle1127please don’t let ‘Elon design a refrigerator. You would have to scroll five screens just to get to the cheese.
@johnlyle1127 There are three incEl-Caminos in my area wrapped in black and look like coffins on wheels.
I do not mind its shape and extraordinary appearance. I cancelled my order simply because of its non-practical range and poor quality.
it looks like one of those urinals you see at camp grounds.
Jeep products often receive the WORST quality rating by Consumer Reports. Nothing new here. This has been going on for decades.
The last good jeep were the YJ and the XJ
@Thehoser69 We had several of those old flat-fendered Jeep pickups at the ranch in the 1950s and they were pretty rugged little trucks.
@robertodebeers2551oh yea, those little flatties are the definition of tough, reliable and simple.
The CJ2A-YJ were all great vehicles. Then in ‘97 they started making them more ‘car like’ with the TJ, which started the decline of the brand.
OIIIIO
Usually is was the Wranglers being declared not fit for highway use (bottom of the road test scores and reliability).
@davebrown9725 Yes. Agree.
Until charging at home becomes avaliable for apartment dwellers and battery life increases, evs are going to fail.
You are making the mistake all EV buyers make - it isn't the "fuel" costs that's the big financial factor, it's depreciation, reliability and cost of parts in that order, that counts. Saving over a petrol vehicle that consumes less than $5000 a year is an exercise in futility. EVs will be a footnote in automotive history - not the next step after the horse and cart.
@murraymaunder8754you forgot one thing, volatility of the battery fires. If that thing catches on fire you can kiss your house goodbye if it's an attached garage and how many stories have we heard where insurance companies won't cover things? With an I.C.E. fire there's a pretty good chance you can save the house, it's a major problem putting out a battery fire once they get into thermal runaway.
The HUGE reason, for me, is real, not advertised, range, and the ease/time to "refuel". Its 8 hours, at 75+ mph, to the next major metro. And it gets both really hot and really cold, at times. A vehicle at $50k+ needs to be usable for every drive, not just commuting and errands.
Until people stop loving the terrorist, electric vehicles will fail. Or when oil becomes way too expensive for most people. Even terrorist lovers like you.
@jasonheilinger8437 This is exactly why I got rid of my Tesla Model Y after only 14 months. I read the stories of those fires and living in California, it would take 1-2 years just to get a permit to rebuild, I decided NO.
In 1969 India built a new garbage bin thingy that was on wheels and could be towed away and it looks almost the same shape as a cyber truck. Look it up.
The only difference is it has no windows and of course, no motor and interior seats, but the shape is almost like a copy. Oh, and it’s yellow.
Ha! yeah..I saw that picture.. it's pretty funny 😂
The concept of moving away from drilling a hole to making a crater?
New vehicles have always been a financial liability but EVs must be driving GAP insurance rates to new heights.
I looked up Maybach. "defines the pinnacle of automotive opulence, combining pioneering engineering with bespoke craftsmanship, exquisite materials, and advanced technology for an unparalleled, exclusive experience focused on supreme comfort and status for discerning clients." 2. Next to this definition was a picture of a car that looked like a big sausage with a smaller sausage on top.
Dodge: Studies show our reliability is bad. Alfa: Hold my beer.
If it’s an electric car it’s already worthless
by what metric?
@ScottSuhr-l8mtry selling a used one and you’ll understand. Once batteries are over used, they’re worthless. Not to mention it’s more expensive to charge a vehicle than it is to put fuel. You’re welcome
@hansoloist9756 Wrong on all counts.
My Kona EV goes down the road at 2 cents per mile at electricity costing 8.79 cents per KWH.. The gas Kona costs 24 cents per mile at gas costing $2.99/ gal. IN THE WINTER!
Yes, I did the research, have you?🤔
@dougskucas5004come see me in 2 years. Good effort though
@dougskucas5004 Why do we have to make you feel good about your own purchase?
We don't care.
It's just a medicore car from a mediocre car company.
I still own a 92 Chevy Silverado runs great 400,000 miles
I'm not sold on any evs no matter what people tell me 😂
It seems to me that almost all of the EV makes and models are not worth the cost. I drive a very nice Lexus hybrid and couldn't be happier.
You are absolutely right. I drive a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid AWD (made in Japan) and I am also very happy. Zero technical problems in more than 6 years and 80K miles.
We are the original owners of a 2021 Tesla Model 3. We purchased it as a automobile not as an investment. It has been a wonderful car. Has saved us tons of money on maintenance. We charge at home. No range anxiety. Dislike Elon but we love the car. Only thing I would change, I would least any new car in the future. Everything is grossly over priced. Market has to collapse one day. Theses prices are insane.
My husband and I have never owned a new car. We always start with research, months of considering our options. We pick cars that are 2 to 3 years old with low mileage. We go shopping and look at what we’re interested in. Then we sit back and watch the ads. As the car sits longer on the lot, the price comes down. That’s how we’ve bought our last several cars and it’s always worked out well. As far as EV goes, we’ll wait to see what happens.
That’s what I call buying at the sweet spot. Let others suffer the initial depreciation and test the new models for weaknesses.
@tedecker3792 I bought at four years but the car, a Toyota Camry XLE with leather interior and a V-6 engine also found in the Lexus with 18,000 miles, the day after the deal dropped the price a thousand dollars. Yes, I would prefer a Hybrid but I drive so few miles that I can afford the gas. But the car is amazing. I've driven it nine years and it still looks like a new car... with 61,000 miles. It is likely the last car I will own.
Thunderfoot knows the truth❤
The Cyber Truck has to be the ugliest truck ever made! On the plus side they are fairly explosion proof. LOL !
Here's Idea How About Build Something People Want,
Give me a car with no electronics and hand crank windows.
They costs too much keep your old paid for vehicle
People are sheep... some people will believe anything if it lines up with what they want. Others will purchase anything without research.
Most people wont believe me, but this is the kind of shit I don't even want for free..
I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw the price of the BMW iX. Insult to injury it's about as ugly as they come. 7:50
I"m a car guy... One of my Dr's said... "Oh, you know a lot about cars, I put an order in for an ID Buzz for family trips.. what do you think of that?" I just sat there stunned... supposedly smart? She said, "Just you sitting there tells me a lot," I said "I'm not going to lie to you"... I asked "What are they TELLING you for range?" I said "It will end up being about 60% of that when it gets cold and after you LOAD IT UP with everyone, That "Range" is based on ONE Person at 70 degrees NO hills, NO A/C. NO Heat, NO Lights on. NO Rain/wipers.
@wilburunion6532 Except guys that are smart enough to get a Tesla, the most popular car in the world and the safest.
@tedmoss not anymore this is old data liek 4 years old BYD is most sold and tesla is no logner safest
@WeAreColorOfWater Hey and then king Trump just walked into Europe's trap by withdrawal from NATO, and literally instantly there is new European NATO type alliance that includes Ukraine with everyone but the United States and US defense and aerospace contractors just got their throats slit. Warren Buffet or Buffet deep fake AI have several video posts on how and why
Europe is the"friend" that constantly takes advantage of the situation. They are not our friends... long live King Trump!!
In Canada you are losing 30% as soon as you leave the dealer parking lot.
Got to work on your breath control my guy. It feels like my speaker is trying to become kirby at the start of evey sentence.
Cybertruck used is still expensive. 110k cdn is the cheapest listing.
Fisker declared bankruptcy twice.
To quote Mr T, I pitty da fools !!!!
These were overpriced to begin with , so even used with slashes 60% of their value still to costly. A used, 2 year truck should be $20-25K , not 40-50K
The only car I trust less than any new EV, is every used EV.
What's a "2 year truck" ?
@RMBlake007 the truck that is 2 year old. isnt it obvious.?
@robant5578 Duh, my bad. Of course. Sorry, My brain went to the ppl I know that would NEVER drive a car older than 2 years old, or for poor ppl, never drive the SAME car for more than 2 years. They're obsessed with looking rich/cool to the point that anyone with a vehicle older than 2 years old are 'out of touch', 'pathetic', or 'poor'. The fact they think that even poor ppl should change out their car every 2 years is what I call pathetic. When I read your "2 year truck" I immediately thought of that, instead of seeing that you are a 'normal' person. Silly me. 😄
@RMBlake007 LOl , im beyond abnormal! i drive 20 year old trucks and cars now)) I find them super reliable and easy to fix! and my monthly payments are $0 for 0% in interest)
The tesla cyber trucks were worth nothimg from the start
As many countries banned them including Australia because they didnt comfort to Australian safety rules and regulations
Banned throughout Europe!
I still have my 2010's minivan

Just bought a 500SL year 1992
The Ford Pinto held it’s value better than Fisker.
Loved my 72 pinto
And on top of all that, they might burn your house down if left unattended in your garage charging. Gas engines are not going ANYWHERE.
Yeah, I charge my Chevy Bolt outside and keep the gas cars in the garage.
Myth. Gas vehicles are about 10x more prone to fires
Use the correct charger and it does not happen.
It's all about the charging algorithm used.
My neighbor's house burned down from a short circuit in their GAS Ford Explorer.
It was from the brake light switch mounted on the master cylinder, short circuited internally and catching the wire harness on fire.
Yes, there was a recall for it, but tooo late for them!
So basically, the EV revolution is a failed experiment?
Yup
Yeah, kinda.
Just looked up F-150 Lightning’s. My towns dealer is selling them for $68k-$75k. They only have 3.
That’s because they stopped the production of them and you can’t find them anymore. Also, why don’t you go ask the dealer how they are making out with selling them?
The pdf file president tRump has given them a bad name and the uneducated clueless American fools believe the chronic lying con man. So sad.
You know, if you could get a new F150 lightning for $20k and just put a shell on the bed, didn’t tow anything it’d be alright. I’m in Louisiana we don’t get cold. It’s just overpriced and sold in the wrong region. Also it should be a van. Details, details!
Nothing screams "I'm a complete dumbass!" as loud as driving a Cybertruck.
Voting Democrat has the same outcome.
I laugh, or at least giggle, every time I see one, and try to catch a glimpse of the sucker who drives/bought it.
Took the place of original Hummer
@ItsOk-mq9exRight. Biden’s last year 340,000 new jobs. Trump, less than 50,000. Did Trump settle the Ukraine war day 1? Cut energy prices 50%? Fix health care? How’s your home insurance looking? Grocery prices down?
It was the government that pushed the electric vehicles on the public and pressured the manufacturers to build them, blame government.
Blame the companies that charge way too much. They fleece their customers because they can get away with it. A lot of buyers appear to have way more money than common sense. EVs should cost less than gasoline powered ones since there are far fewer moving parts. A Tesla should sell for 15K-20K, not $100k+. It's basically an electric golf cart with a car body...
Biden democrat legacy.
@richarda996 EV'S were made and sold here before Biden.
Grow a brain.
"The more they over-think the plumbing, the easier it is to stop up the drain."
Star Trek 3 The Search for Spock reference! Cool!
Can you imagine a car company making a car with minimum amount of electronics mostly manual including roll up Windows😊 and most importantly built to last
Bring back the cars of the 60s!
@AlskinsX1-9never happen
@dennisgoans701 No it wouldn't happen. And for a good reason. Few, VERY few people would actually buy them.
@AlskinsX1-9 But after less than ten years they were completely rusted out. My 2017 Honda is still brand new condition.
Buy the car you actually want-not a car you’re hoping will be an investment. If you want to invest, invest in stocks.
Excellent advice. And don't invest in anything till you've read some books on the topic.
when I see a cyber truck, I roll down my window and laugh as loudly as I can.then shake my head.
