Why does he say Morocco is a “tiny” country and that people are “suffering”. The country is literally (according to google) 1.8x times bigger then the entire United Kingdom. It is poor yeah, but suffering? And he says “most are from France” only 2 players were born in France. 2 were born in Spain and 3 were born in Holland. The remaining are all born in Morocco.
Wrong, 3 starting players alone were born in the Netherlands. Mazraoui, Sofyan Amrabat
, Ziyech. And they have another Dutch born players on the bench Zakaria Aboukhal. So that's 4 in total.
Alot of people underestimate Morocco because they are a team from Africa. But 8 of the starting 11 were actually born in Spain, France, Belgium or Netherlands and came though some top academies like Ajax and Real Madrid.
Technically, they are a European team, and just as good as Serbia or Switzerland. This result wasn't really a shock considering this aging Belgium side.
So you’re basically saying an African team doesn’t have good players unless they’re born Europeans. You actually strengthened the argument you’re against

That Belgium is not a bad team, the manager just needs to make some hard decisions and drop some players. He has some good talent on the bench. Trossard has had a very extraordinary season so far in the EPL. He needs to put him on one of the wings and then remove Kevin from the wing and he puts him in the play making position where Harzard Edin has been playing.
Why does hazard get to play . Just why . Lol. How does he even play before trossard 😂😂😂😂😂

@@lexkanyima2195 your kidding right hazard is not playing good at all
Eden Hazard wasn't the problem in the past two games. Meunier has been horrible. Witsel needs a wheelchair to find some pace. Batshuayi shouldn't be played as only striker because he can't keep the ball and hasn't any ability for link up play. But most of all what made the other weaknesses become more obvious: KDB has been underperforming (28 losses of possession vs Morocco). Belgiums strength always was KDB's ability in quick transitions and Lukaku as constant weight on the opponents defense and a clinical finisher. The other players were probably not much worse in the previous world cup but our KDB-Lukaku axis not being there made all the deficiencies more obvious for all to see. Martinez tactics has been depending on those two players for years now. He doesn't seem to have an alternative.
Morocco was the best in the match, scoring two goals and keeping a clean sheet, and all this is against the second best team

"..fantastic players in the past, but doesn't represent the present....," nicely put, Frank...
Leaving trossard, tielemans and de ketelaare on the bench starting vertonghen, alderweireld and eden hazard in midfield and putting debruyne on the wings is the confusion of Martinez as a manager this team would have won a trophy in the last 10 years if they had a decent manager.
Belgium may end up beating Croatia....this world cup is so unpredictable
Belgium need to beat Croatia by 2 clear goal without Croatia scoring at all! Don't see that happening? I can see Morocco beating Canada which is more realistic! Morocco and Croatia to progress because of the difficult scenario for Belgium.
@@mymemories925 If Belgium win last game and win 2 out of 3 ending with 6 points, they are through to go on regardless.
@@mymemories925 It’s so topsy turvy. I wouldn’t underestimate Canada against Morocco either. They have nothing to lose and even teams like Iran and Costa Rica came back from being thumped with wins against good opponents.
Belgium are in a tight spot, the chances of them even making 2nd in the group stage are slim. I think them getting the top of the group stage is unrealistic at this point as that would mean Morocco would have to lose to Canada, and that's assuming Belgium even beats Croatia.
@@mymemories925 Eh, no...Belgium just needs to win, doesn't matter how many goals. If Belgium wins they have 6 points and will go through regardless...
Belgium should just be glad they sneaked a win against us, imagine if they had been eliminated today after 2 losses...
To Craig: Yes, this has been a Golden generation for Belgium. When a nation that didn't even qualify for a number of years in a row suddenly comes up with a team that should have won the World Cup 4 years ago, it is , for them anyway, a Golden Generation. Belgium is not a tier 1 team with traditions like Brazil, Argentina, Germany or France that are in the conversation every single time.
Morocco the dark horse in this game 🦁🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🖤🖤🖤🖤🔥🔥🔥
Listening to these muppets debate on weather it was “real golden generation” is officially an all time low for this panel. Lukaku might not be the most elite striker but he absolutely walks into almost every national team that doesn’t have Lewandowski, Benzema or Kane (Suarez in years prior) “maybe Courtois in there” MAYBE!?! I’m sorry but has Craig been watching a different sport for the last decade?
Dutch legend Marco van Basten: Ziyech's stay on the bench is sad and a great shame... Ziyech is a great player, we want to see him on the field, for such a player we turn on the TV and come to watch the match...
He's not been great for Chelsea, and he's had plenty of opportunities...
@@ThatSingingGuy LOL
Look how easy they went on De Bruyne because oh his comments. If it was Hazard they’d absolutely slate him.
Always great to hear a classic Stevie "LukAHku?"
I still remember Ale Moreno's 'Lukaku' call.
they havent been golden since the last world cup. The only elite outfield player in that team is de bruyne and hes playing like he doesnt want to be there
Glad someone called KDB out...... he looked like he is done with the bs....😂😂
Arguably the best keeper in the world, suddenly humbled in the Morocco Game
This tournament is actually African Diaspora vs the world. It highlights the legacy of slave labor & colonialism. At one point France had just one ethnic French player on the pitch with the rest Africans. Yet, France continues to sponsor terror through supported dictatorships in Africa, even confiscating their money. Kudos to Japan, S. Korea for for native effort.
Hazard hasn’t played football for 4 years. He’s a Smurf.
They have Jeremy Doku. What a waste that bench
Stevie's face when De Ketelaere got mentioned was enough genuine pessimism to dismiss Hazard
Crazzzzy world cup! frickin CRAZY
I love Frank on this panel. Always has amazing things to say.
Feel for Hazard..😢
