There was some unrest in Sylhet town yesterday but very isolated. Today there is some unrest as well but fortunately again very isolated but the news spreads like the whole of Sylhet and bangladesh is a no go area. Social media makes it seem much worse than it is.

We've got to try our best to keep ties in Bangladesh otherwise we will lose our identity. We're all settled in the UK but if we make no effort then our children will never have any interest in Bangladesh.
@raalaa121 Absolutely, if we stop going, it all ends with us. We do need to keep the connection otherwise we are failing ourselves. But I understand a lot of people have cut ties with BD due to plausible and very real reasons. InshaAllah we can carry on going without issues.
