Psycho Power flames were always blue up until I believe they were changed to purple in SFIV.

So the big M fills Ken Masters with Psycho Power, which causes him to...gain a couple moves and spout out a whole bunch of nonsense about killing and power, and then turn on him and beat him up, which returns him to normal for good.
Y'know, I always suspected "Violent Ken" was a failed idea, but man, did Capcom really have to drive it home _that_ hard...
