kahk - Eid cookies | Desserts from around the world

Hey people!
I am months late but kahks are one of the Egyptian's beloved desserts to eat on Eid.
I tried them out and well let's say we all cannot like the same things. Have you tried kahks? What do you think of them?
I found this recipe from another Amira (I spell my Ameerah differently) and of course I had to use this one.

For the dough:
3 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 cup (240g) ghee (butter will do too)
1/3 cup warm water
Agameya:
1 tablespoon ghee
2 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup roughly chopped pistachios
Powdered sugar for dusting

So I tried Kahk again. This one was straight from Egypt and I am ashamed to have bashed it. It was really good! My recreation sucked. I apologize to all the kahk lovers 😬🙂☹
