yeaaaaaaa if you google it, at least for me, I get a lot of chemicals and forensics products. I think what you need to look for in english is psyllium
I just used the spelling she did because that was the confusing part (hence me doing what I did)

Thank god. Cyalume is a brand name for the stuff they put in glowsticks. It isn't overly toxic but its not something you wanna eat.
