I agree, but it’s so sad that communities don’t care for their neighbours anymore. Anyone of them could have offered to sweep from the door to the gate. Just that kind gesture could have prevented something far worse 🌈

Lovely, Ben and Paul! Love the costumes, Paul put on a bit of weight as the Michelan Man eh? What a lark! Carol was delighted with the super end result, what a difference. Y'all make a super difference for others and put good into the world. BRAVO! Love the littlies and their expressions with their brews! LOL! This was a delight to watch, but there was one thing that was bugging me... the BIRD BATH! I feed birds daily and had my glass birdbath out there, but we have had early snow (way too early for the onset of a LONG winter) and I noticed that the bottom of my birdbath cracked right off!!! Temps this morning reached -16C !!! UGH! Well, that was my second glass birdbath and I don't think I will get another one, but when summer eventually rolls around (May or June if we are lucky), I will have to rethink. Keep up the great work, chaps. ♥♥♥ I hope the boys enjoy their Halloween and would love to see them in their costumes!

Beautiful transformation, as I age and things get harder to do I so appreciate all that you do. I’ve always taken pride in my house and yard, although married the work has always fallen to me. We are both retired now and I babysit my 18 month old granddaughter while her parents work, it is the only way I can help them financially. And I love it, fun everyday! I also love seeing your boys at the end, it goes by so fast. Thank you for helping others.

The lady you helped was so nice, Great that she did you drinks and biscuits and a cake. Helping older people is so important but its really nice when you find someone like Carol who was over the moon for your help. That floor the slabs come up sooooo well, really nice that no grime on now so not slippery for her.
What a brilliant transformation and you took the care to clean everything around it, not just the flat surfaces. For someone who doesn’t walk easily this lady will be SO relieved and the legacy you leave is felt for a long time. Well done and thank you for making it such a fun experience. I had a little girl come to the door and ask if she could have a treat for her friend who was a wee bit slower than she was. I asked where here friend was in the group waiting below and she said, here she comes! All bright and happy. I told these little ones, that because she was kind and looking out for her friend, I had 2 sets if treat bags for each of them instead of one. I said that I liked how kind she was and that's a very Important way to be. They were so happy. Kindness and caring is what we need to nourish our souls. You and your dad are the cream of that crop. The lady you helped was so nice, Great that she did you drinks and biscuits and a cake. Helping older people is so important but its really nice when you find someone like Carol who was over the moon for your help. That floor the slabs come up sooooo well, really nice that no grime on now so not slippery for her.

Yesterday was our Canadian Halloween. I had a little girl come to the door and ask if she could have a treat for her friend who was a wee bit slower than she was. I asked where here friend was in the group waiting below and she said, here she comes! All bright and happy.
I told these little ones, that because she was kind and looking out for her friend, I had 2 sets if treat bags for each of them instead of one. I said that I liked how kind she was and that's a very Important way to be. They were so happy.
Kindness and caring is what we need to nourish our souls. You and your dad are the cream of that crop. Blessed 🙏
