    Nice Jedd, ove always felt they are a bit safer for the biceps..2 complete ruptures here over the years lol

    Have you ever tried them with back support? Like a seated comp strict curl basically. Its a fun one too. I like doing them seated with and without back support. These were super strict strong reps. Awesome guys.

      Haven't tried them that way, no. Just this way. I'm sure supported is another good variation to incorporate

    What do you find with these that help? Strict curls, armwrestling, bicep strength In general?

      I use them for Strict Curl. I don't Arm Wrestle
