Yes I think it could work for those, just train up the skills that increase missile range so you can stay out of the rats range.
Why the mjolnir missile only.. why not mix the kind of missile ?
What missiles to use depends on what NPCs you are fighting. Sansha NPCs have a weakness against EM damage so you should use Mjolnir missiles against them. But for example Angel NPCs are weak against explosive, so you should use Nova missiles when fighting them. Mixing missiles is generally not the best idea.
How do you see what level DED it is?
I usually look up the escalation name on Google, and click on an EVE University wiki link.

this fit is usles there is no defence i jumpt into a sworm of drones and i was killd in seconds this fit hase no defence
Sorry to hear that. But it has defense, the microwarpdrive. You use that to get away from the NPCs quickly. Activate it and double left click in space away from the NPCs, and it will quickly move the ship out of their weapons range.
