He said my only option would be vertical dome division. Is this true and if so can you perform this technique?

To be honest, her original nose kinda gave her a different look and I think it was hella cute. I don't agree with plastic surgery at such young ages but anyway, she's beautiful now still so if she's happy, that's all that matters. Looks like she chose a good doctor too, so that's a relief.
