I remember just standing at the fence there watching the stream and leaves and wind and listening to the music. So touching, relaxing, and magical.
Did you play Pooh sticks? Lol
@@Zachary-vw7dc we did I think!
@@freshbrewedasmr3378 I’m quite pleased you responded! Also that’s amazing!!

Thank you for the timestamps my guy
@@horaciomilo4113 yw i love winnie the pooh
Sometimes I sing the last one doing stuff at home 😂
@@OnionKween why?
@@OnionKween Which one? Mind Over Matter?
what an incredible picture
Really captures that nostalgic feel this ride and surrounding area has
Such a sweet playlist. I loved this type of music for my children's nurseries when they were babies
This was arranged and conducted by Buddy Baker, the original score composer of the Pooh featurettes. It would be his final work before his untimely death.
jasobres Awww, that sucks but hey, it’s good music!
Wow. R I P 😔
I'm forever grateful for the Sherman Brothers giving us so much everlasting magic with their beautiful music 💙
Critter Country fits Pooh and Friends the best. Dreamy and nice with that woody feel. They even have their own nice little corner :)
Ponysalad if critter country never existed. Pooh would only fit in fantasyland, toontown or probably frontierland
I hope they never do away with it
this is so sad reading these comments knowing now knowing they r getting rid of critter country :(
Thank you SO much for this loop! As a Winnie the Pooh cast member, I listen to this all day long, and I love that I now have access to it outside the park. Thank you! :D
BRUH YOU A CAST MEMBER!!!!!!! IM SO JELOUS!!!!!
I’d love to be cast member at the Pooh ride or Pooh corner!!!!
Thank you for all you do :)
Gosh I wish I was there right now just getting done eating at the Hungry Bear and headed over to WTP :)
Same!
Not anymore
I love this place. It's so beautiful.I have fun there going to the ride and the shop.i see the blue bee looking heffalump is cute as can be.he was looking at us as we entered on our bee hive.
I discovered Mr Theme Parks audio channel just yesterday and I got not enough good things to say about the incredible selection of lovely Disney parks music that is getting me through the crazy deadlines I am having at work... thanks so so much!!!!
This has got to be some of the best music to hear while doing homework also cool music in general like at 2:35
Love listening to these while I study
This is...relaxing :-)
It makes me feel pleasant.
Oh my god.....here comes the nostalgia
I absolutely love this. I love you're channel !! thank you for putting all the beautiful Disney songs on youtube. really appreciate all you're hard work.
:') this made me happy and sad at the same time since I haven't been to Disneyland in a year and half and Winnie the Pooh is my favorite ride there at *Critter Country* . Like if you agree
Aww. 🙂
I have nothing to comment on at the moment but I just had to comment something because this is the best video on youtube.
Simply wonderful. And brings me back to childhood; I remember these tunes vividly from the VHS of "The Many Adventures" still at my parents' house.
Man, if I was the bassoon player during the Heffalumps and Woozles part, I would wear that as SUCH a badge of honor. Anyone know who that is?
Buddy Baker, the same guy who composed The Haunted Mansion's "Grim Grinning Ghosts" score (not the song's lyrics, as X. Atencio came up with the vocals, just as he had with "Yo-Ho, a Pirate's Life for Me" on Pirates of the Caribbean), came up with the melodic audio for the _Winnie the Pooh_ featurettes, with lyrics by the Sherman Brothers (Richard & Robert/Dick & Bob).
@@TherealRNOwwfpooh awesome! Such obscure information but thanks for taking the time to share. I'll look him up.
@@nthgth No problem! Always glad to be of service.
here is something intersting about what happens in the early morning at disneyland: while we were walking into star wars galaxy's edge for our reservation i heard both the mad tea party and dumbo the flying elephant's safety messages playing even though no one was in line so it lead me to know that when you turn a ride on after it has been off the safety message plays
Listening to this as I draw my Hundred Acre Wood map for my bedroom. Hope I'll be able to frame it once I'm done.🍯🎈
That shot right there is so so beautiful. Fun Fact,If you didnt know you can actually stay inside the park overnight(or a few hours after closing)they will not kick you out! They will kind of slowly start to block off certain parts of the park.so if there is a part of the park you wanna see after hours like critter country for example. just stay in there after they make the park closing announcement. they will not turn off any of the lights or music until literally every single guest leaves. so you can take these night shots. It is 100% allowed! You will not get in trouble at all. As cast members slowly start to block off parts of the park as you get closer to the exit, they just want you to kinda realize its closed instead of asking you to leave.cool huh?
My picture is infront of the Disneyland train station and this is what makes me think of
2:35 - Heffalumps and Woozles
listening to this makes me irrationally happy
Lovely...Thanks :)
Lovely
This photo explains my life
Mind Over Matter 8:13 is my favorite!
They put Pooh in Critter Country because he wouldn't fit anywhere else. Fantasyland has Alice and stuff, Toontown didn't exist yet, Frontierland is just a no, Adventureland doesn't work either, and there are no rides in Main Street.
+Oswald The Lucky Rabbit The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh was made in 2003, Toontown was made in 1995.
Spencer Calderon Yeah, but Pooh and Song of the South shared it even before that, since The Country Bears weren't popular enough to do their own meet and greet.
Oswald The Lucky Rabbit where Pinocchio is now was the location was gonna be at in 1983 but failed(Disneyland could of had the ride before WDW did). Them in 1995 when toontown open, where roger rabbit was was gonna be pooh but when it opened the build was used for only the concepts of the rabbit ride, then it seem that the country weren't as popular as it was since it was the vacation hoedown instead of do its jamboree. In 2001 it closed for good and pooh took its place in 2003. Weird to think bugs land is older than pooh
@@theMrRook Whilst true, Pooh & friends had been part of the parks since the featurette days, so there had to be a place for them to be & Toontown was already small enough, as is (especially with most of the "attractions" truncated or gutted in general due to poor upkeep & much of its focus being the place where you can meet the Sensational Six & Chip 'n Dale in front of or inside of their cartoony houses). It's a good thing that the Runaway Railway ride is going into Toontown (hopefully not where Roger Rabbit is, but given that Roger Rabbit & his costars aren't characters that Disney fully owns [Steven Speilberg's Amblin Entertainment holds joint ownership], I wouldn't be surprised to see Runaway Railway go into that location) within Disneyland because it certainly does not really fit where it is at Hollywood Studios across the country in Florida, but since Florida's Toontown was destroyed in favor of Storybook Circus, there was nowhere else to fit the ride in except where The Great Movie Ride sat in the Chinese Theater facade, given that Disney's deal with MGM had long since expired, especially with rival Warner Bros. owning the MGM properties.
7:13 A rather blustery day
It does have a nice woodsy feel, but when I hear "Critter Country" I think of Splash Mountain and the Country Bears. Pooh doesn't really fit in with them.
Did they use a contrabass clarinet??
4:40 the part i remember the most.
2:36 Heffalumps and woozles.
while i was at disneyland and rode this ride i wished it could be upgraded to be a carbon copy (but translated into english by the english voice actors of the characters) of tokyo disneyland's pooh's hunny hunt ride but i doubt that is possible right now because number one there isn't much room to put the upgraded ride and number two it might be too expensive (unless the company that owns tokyo disneyland builds it for the cureent owner of disneyland)
For as old as I am, my friends make fun of me for loving this ride but it holds a special place in my heart. Lots of good times on this ride...
7:11 - 8:14 is my favorite song
(By the way, old isn’t that much to me as I am no older than 18)
The Gamingsmith whats this song? Im looking for the name too
mark T It’s the song that Pooh hums in the movie, on the blustery day
Rather Blustery Day is one of my favs too
Thanks for posting!! This is great music! (did you take this pic?)
Whoever took that pic, then they are awesome
Jackson Graham it was either taken after hours, when critter country is completely empty or splash mountain is closed becuase most of critter country's customers is splash mountain and it's a little quiet at critter country because Its only pooh that is open
Pooh's not really a critter.......... See, "critter" brings to mind Brer Rabbit and such. Pooh's a stuffed animal. Saying that he belongs in Critter Country because he's a bear is like saying we should put a Jungle Book ride in Critter Country because Baloo is a bear.
MichaelSar12IsBack baloo would be more adventure land since he's from the jungle book, Winnie the Pooh takes place in woods
Kh memories
can you point me in the direction to get this loop? I only have the 7 minute one
HEFFALUMPS!!!
i think its good but what MichaelSar12IsBack said is right what about brother bear or humphrey bear there closer to what critter country should be
Yeah, but where else would they fit? Maybe Fantasyland, but even that is a stretch.
henry Hehman but you can't have Disneyland without Winnie the Pooh, they can't take him out since it took them a total of 18 years to finally put a pooh ride in Disneyland
Oswald The Lucky Rabbit I know this comment is really old, but Pooh would fit in Fantasyland just fine. Winnie the Pooh takes place in a storybook.
Grizzly Head Yeah, he would in some ways, but not most ways. Except for the fact that all of the characters (except Christopher Robin) are animals, so them being in Fantasyland with an entrance made of "logs" *wouldn't* fit there. Critter Country wouldn't be what it is now, and because Winnie the Pooh takes place in a forest, it wouldn't make sense for it to be somewhere where almost all of the buildings are made of stone.
The BadCat Winnie the Pooh in-universe is a stuffed animal. Him coming to life is the FANTASY of a little boy. And Winnie the Pooh isn’t a living breathing critter, he is a stuffed animal and most of the other characters are stuffed animals. And except for Disneyland and DLP, he is in Fantasyland and in DW the entrance is made out of wood, Tokyo is a Storybook, Hong Kong is a medieval jousting tent, and I believe Shanghai copies the entrance from DL. There’s no reason why Pooh couldn’t have used the FL theater space or the motorboat cruise space or even used the Skyway space and have the show building use some of the backstage area that is now SWL instead of replacing CBJ.

Nice music, but why did they stick Pooh in Critter Country?
MichaelSar12IsBack it's a long story, pooh was originally planned for fantasyland in 1983 but it was scrapped and pooh was gonna be where Pinocchio is now( glad it's not there because it's said the space at fantasyland is smaller than the space at critter country). Them in 1995 they tried again with pooh to be at toontown, but was scrapped again for roger rabbit, finally they decided if we want pooh we need to retire a attraction. Country's bears were being outdated and wasn't popular anymore Nd the place wasn't called bear country anymore. Pooh and friends are more critters so in 2001 the country bear playhouse closed and in 2 years in 2003 Winnie The Pooh opened at Disneyland being the 2nd pooh ride being beaten by WDW in 2001
@@ItzAdrian02 tokyo disneyland opened a winnie the pooh ride in 2000 so their ride is the 2nd winnie the pooh ride
