Key one day decided he didn't know how to jump off the ramp into the pool, so we went back to using the treadmill. On this day, the treadmill wasn't working so we tried the pool again, but he still took some encouragement. Once he's in the water he doesn't want to get out!

Everyone in my house thought I'd lost my mind lol. Then after seeing who I was cheering on they joined in. When he started swimming we cheered and high fived eachother 😂😂😂

Key looked very proud of himself when he got out of the pool. I see he had an extra member of his cheering squad there. That's the first time I can remember seeing Key's Nan at swim therapy! 😄💕🐾
That occurred to me, too. Way to go helping Jodie with the underwater camera, Nan. Poor Weirdo's not an octopus. lol 💖

Poor Key! He almost forgot how to swim! But in the end, he remembered how to swim! But then he didn't want to get out of the pool! But he got lots and lots of treaties though! WELL DONE, KEY!!

Poor Key. It hurt me to see him scared. But he’s a brave boy and conquered the pool. I was shouting “come on Key, you can do it”. Whenever I see him swim, I hear the Jaws theme. 😂 So good to see Biscuit Lady helping out. It’s definitely a family affair taking care of adorable fluffy boy. There were so many moments where it looked like he’d remembered how. He’s jumped at speed into water before. I wish I knew why he suddenly forgot how. We got there in the end though 😊
@@jodie_boo Who knows what goes through their precious mind? Something had him uneasy for some reason. It just melted my heart the way he kept looking back at you. He needed to know his Mom was there. You’re so fortunate to have Key. He’s an incredibly beautiful dog and so full of personality. Btw, I’ve ordered my plushie and I’ll put him with my Sherpa plushie. Also, I love my book I ordered from you. When I saw Key’s paw print on the inside I cried. Key was concerned about getting soggy toes and forgot he could swim. Luckily, Sausages and his Nan's encouragement won out in the end. Such a forgetful boy 😊

Key looks so freaking adorable with that flotation vest he wears - and a cute complainer, too!! K'eyush would want to cool off here in Southern Ontario (along with eastern Canada and the U.S.), as we're expected to have temperatures of 26-28 Celsius this week. 😮
He really does! Yeah that temp is not right! It’s currently 20c here too, which is a bit warm for October!

You can lead a dog to water but you can't make him swim. At least not without sausages. Poor Key. Although he did look like he ended up liking it. At least he liked all of the snacks.😊😊
I couldn't keep my shepherd out of the water, especially when he saw people in the water that just needed to be "saved". Nobody was allowed underwater because they would just drown. Didn't matter who the person was, the were coming to the surface now! Kids at the beach had so much fun with him
Beautifully done. So easy to transfer annoyance into fear. And of course at the end of the day a sausage will sort anything out. 🥰🥰

Glad Key eventually made it in the pool. They should extend that ramp for the larger dogs so it's not such a drop off into the water, more of a natural drop like there would be on a shoreline.

It is very strange that he suddenly forgot how to get into the water. But once he’s in and wet he’ll do it again and again.
😂I think we all were on pins and needles. I was shouting “come on Key, you can do it”. I had tears in my eyes seeing how scared he was. I absolutely love Key so much.

I'm glad that the voices in your post are all of encouragement and support. I live on an island and have a Mastiff who is nearly 2 years old whom I have only recently got to go into the sea. It was a slow and tentative journey to get him swimming and it was at times met with derision from people who sought to tell me not to get my dog swimming because. In their unsolicited opinions, he didn't look like he wanted to. He was a lot like Key in the beginning of the video and is now practically an Otter.
Great to see him enjoying the pool, great for their joints and certainly something you should endeavour with.
I know Key loves to swim, it's just that he seemed to forget how to get in there. Glad you were able to show your dog how much fun swimming is :)

Watching Key argue with anyone is always hilarious. Key is such a sweet and amazing dog. I hope I can hit the lottery so I can buy a house with a big yard, and a truck plus a bunch of toys and treats for him or her, along with some vacuums and brushes. I also would have a pool for him or her since I'm in Florida , although I would consider moving to South Dakota, because it would be better for him or her, and also it would give me a chance to go see a piece of history I've wanted to see Mount Rushmore
Mt. Rushmore was much smaller than I thought. It is very beautiful, just smaller than I expected. There is a colonnade of states on the pillars. If I remember correctly it goes by states entering the union.
I recall seeing The Statue of Liberty and thinking it was smaller than I expected. It was also really green. Can't take me anywhere. Oh yeah, if you are in South Dakota you may as well go to Wyoming and see Devil's Tower.

This reminds me of when I was showing Evee how brave of a girl she is.. She wanted in sooo bad but her lil confidence needed a little help so after multiple failed attempts at coaxing, we just shoved her her in 😂😂😂 Looked cruel but now I can't keep her out the pool. I wouldn't do that with just any pup but I knew she'd benefit from it.. as she did 🎉😁 Mama's know best sometimes 😉
