I love this meditation and have listened to it so many times. It helps me feel so calm and fall asleep. But very loud adverts at the end have woken me up with a fright. RUclips is spoiling a lot of meditations for me these days. Is there anything we can do about this?

I know that Jason Stephenson was talking about this a few months back and asked followers to comment any time an ad came up at the end. I think he got onto YT about it and they agreed to stop the end ads. He talks about it on his page. Keep shining your light, you’re helping so many people 🌟

I agree. I pay for the Premium with no ads. All I can do is select to no mid roll ads. I can't control the beginning and end ones.
