Hi! This is SO AMAZING! We just moved into a 1957 single wall construction home in Kaneohe and are getting acclimated to the construction style - very out of our realm. RUclips videos on this style seem very slim, so I'm sure we'll just have to jump on in and figure it out along the way. I am wondering how you secured the floating shelves in your kitchen since the walls are so thin? We want to remove our cabinets and do the same, but I need to figure out how to keep them supported. Any tips are much appreciated!
Great reno transformation! How much did you spend on the reno? If you don’t mind me asking? Are you guys still living in Hawaii? We are moving there in Oahu next year. I wonder if it’s best to bring our furniture and appliances from here in VA.?

Thank you for sharing your experience great renovation just a question how do you both feel with the common single wall homes we have here in Hawaii I am constantly finding single wall homes I prefer double wall as my preference but could not ever find an affordable home in Oahu with that.
