If you mean the donky percussion bass, wondering that myself... I've got a feeling it's either an FM synth patch of sorts or a percussion sample layed with the bass
Found it mate! So I have quite a few sample packs from around the mid 90s to early 00s. There's a sample called Bell Bongos, they took a short hit from it, jocked it into a sampler or ROMpler and played the notes out in MIDI
@@londonsounds6212 bit of a keen ear for things, been able to do it since I was young! There's a sample pack you can get online called Blu Mar Ten - Jungle Jungle which contains it under the Riffs and Arps folder. If you chop the 3rd or 4th note out and load it up into a sampler you'll get what you're after!
