AMP 171825-4 is the PCB mount that a Floppy Berg connector plugs into
Beautiful looking amiga board..always a pleasure to witness your endeavours with these old commodores...thank you.
Relaxing seeing these boards come together.
The "R", "K" in the parts list are the decimal point positions. 332R, 33R2, 3K32 i.e. "3..3..2" digits are actually 'standard' sizes.
Thanks Ian, fully aware - 332 should be 33ohm though! A few of those cryptic codes were typos! ie. 332R should be 33R, 33R2 should be 33ohm as well.
@@GadgetUK164 Gotcha.
You can't beat a nice pair of old man slippers, I've got mine on while I'm doing my ironing and watching this video. 😂
The best!!!
I saw that
My guess for ROFLEN is Read Only Flash enable (Write protect the flash)
90.9ohm etc CRCW020190R9FKED I guess it is for video that is why they use very specific values
nIce!
😃
You should do a short video on how to open/dis-assemble/re-assemble/close an A1000. It is not obvious from the outside. Oh, and at least the A4000 could use a similar guide.
That thing is a beast!
Red for Right. White for West. Obviously!😉
Whatever =D
Maybe the manufacturer could provide a graphic image of the board component designations for clarity?
It's looking really good. 👍
If it's Red for Right, why is it on the left-hand side of the board, looking at the connectors end-on?
You look at the left / right as the board end is at the back, away from you!
Where did you get the 68030 and flu socket
