Trains on the CSX Rochester Sub 8/17/13 with BNSF, BNSF, NS, and BNSF!!!

Got up early to make the hour long drive to the NYC main to photograph the 352 signal with the sun on the right side. After a few trains it was off to an operating session in Penfield. After we played we went to Fairport to watch some more trains. Heard L279 calling a BNSF leader and was about to go to the south side of the tracks to catch it. About that time the Pittsford detector took off and Q020 called the 351 signal on the shore, I was sure if I moved it would block the shot. After that there was nothing on the radio so I moved down to CP-359 to get photos of the NYC bridge there. Later a friend called telling me about 2 west bounds with BNSF and NS power running back to back. With the near perfect lighting for westbounds at CP-349 we filled out our day with several trains at that location.

Awesome video! That K253 was the best I've ever seen, I got it the night before on the D&H. The H1's came in with the train and the other 3 were pulled off an oil train in the port

The new signals are in service up to CP-349 at Palmyra, last I knew they were waiting on one signal for CP-359 to put that stretch in service. As far as I know nothing from 360 west has been touched.
