@@ayperi5806 The purpose of Hemi-synch meditations is to make it easier (and teache) you how to get into controlled altered state of consiciousnes where you can learn more things about yourself. The most extreme form of this altered state is so called astral projection, where (supposedly) your consiciousnes leaves your physical body and it becomes possible to explore other places and dimensions.
You should go back to tape 1 and learn to do the methods taught there before you can progress to tape 2.
I agree with you that the visualization process is too complex. Too many things to visulaize: energy conversion box, energy balloon, mantra chanting, affirmation, focus 10...The mind is kept busy.

I tired the gateway the other day for the first time. I can't say anything really interesting happened. I will say however I had vivid images with my eyes closed. I can close my eyes and I can't produce images or any imagery inside My minds eye. So I thought that was cool. The only other times that has happened to me was with lsd, mushrooms, and ketamine. Not all at once lol that would be crazy. However one time at a greatfull dead cover show I took mushrooms and lsd that was intense visual imagery

@@Kcseales I don't know about an expert but I do have a natural born talent for it and I've touched the void many many times. You can feel when your mind is in the right place. Fasting helps. Eating right and taking care of you body helps as well. Full moon helps. Rid yourself of all fear and anxiety with the hemi synch. The more you do it the more you'll recognize the signs you're doing it right. Work towards lucid dreaming. Control your fear when you run into entities some of them can be very helpful. You'll be able to smell the evil ones a mile away, avoid them at all cost. Then maybe work on your remote viewing. It's kind of a personal thing so practice is progress. Good luck on your journeys. Stay true to yourself and stay a good person and you might attract the attention of our interdimensional creators. Do and you'll have access to information that no one has on planet Earth but you. I like to visit the dark Moon of Uranus, Umbriel. It's fascinating. There are gateways there and very large insectoids. The insectoids are by far the highest life form in our solar system.
