Below are a few simple suggestions that can could enhance your skin's appearance and also benefit your body's overall health. Why not give them a shot?
1. Drink coconut water. It's full of vitamin E and keeps you hydrated.
2. Use sunscreen (SPF) whenever you're out in the sun.
3. Include green salad in your daily meals.
4. Start your day with 3-4 soaked almonds for breakfast.

The face wash of mamerth didn't solve my acne problem but riceberry face wash did the work and reduced it.
