    Ingredients:
    Prawn / Chingri Mach - 300 gm
    Turmeric Powder
    Cumin Powder
    Ginger Garlic paste
    Red Chilli Powder
    Cumin Seeds
    Garam Masala
    Green Chilli
    Poppy Seeds - 3 table spoon
    Garam Masala Powder
    Salt
    Sugar
    Mustard Oil
    Methods of how to make chingri posto:
    1. At first marinate the Prawns with 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder and 1/4 tsp Salt. Mix well and keep aside for 5 mins.
    2. Now heat up a kadai and add 3 tbsp. Mustard Oil.
    3. When the oil heats up add 1/4 tsp Whole Cumin, Whole Garam Masala that includes Cardamom, Cloves,Cinnamon and Black Pepper.
    4. Fry for 15 secs, turn the flame to low and add the marinated prawns.
    5. Fry the Prawns for 1-1.5 mins on low flame.
    6. After 1-1.5 mins add 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
    7. Then fry for another minute on medium flame.
    8. Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder,1/2 tsp Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Sugar.
    9. Fry the masala on medium to high flame.
    10. After 1 minute add 3 tbsp. Poppy Seeds Paste, Sliced Green Chilli.
    11. Now mix and cook on high flame for about a minute.
    12. Then add 1 cup Water and cook on high flame.
    13. When it starts boiling cover and cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
    14. After 5 mins turn the flame to high and add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder. Cook for 2 mins and turn off your oven.
    15. Serve it hot with Rice.
