Love that bridge. Caught my first snook there. Fished it a lot before they put the railing up on the side. That place gets you to expert mode getting stuck rigs off of the rocks.

Never cook fish fresh out of the water. It must be past the rigor mortis when the flesh is becoming soft again. For most fish this is 24-48 h in the fridge or on ice.
