They Safed the stuff, but unfortunately some kaiju had to be replaced with remodels IVM copyright. We will get those new reworked kaijus with the same amount of levels and they will be as good, if not better as the old ones…

They can't use Godzilla or Kong because the reason Kaiju Universe was shut down in the first place is because Toho saw the game as a threat to a new Godzilla game they themselves are allegedly developing that has gameplay very similar to KU. Otherwise, the devs of KU will get dragged to court and most certainly found guilty of copyright infringement.
