This Mexican shredded chicken is made in the slow cooker, Crockpot, or Instant Pot with only 3 ingredients, and it's perfect in tacos, burritos, quesadillas, on bowls, or salads.
I've been making this recipe for almost 10 years and never get tired of it! The chicken is super tender and flavorful, and it couldn't be easier.
