Transit needs to go to areas where land is used, otherwise it's kinda pointless.

Demolishing that building would start tradegies. And existent lite rail there currently place commuters at the stores entrance.

If it’s underground why do you need to tear down buildings?

Agree. Especially when there is two easily sufficient sized parking lots on either side of the market that can be used as extra service buildings. They could even be built to enhance the neighborhood identity

How many republicans did you guys vote into office? Lack of respect is a very republican/authoritarian policy. I lived there for 55 of my 61 years. I was raised to respect people. It's just the way democrats are. Can't hate a race cuz one guy made you angry. But here we have a party which is all in on authoritarianism. It makes me sick to see my hometown falling into the hands of these racists. What the hell happened Seattle? We were extremely self sufficient for decades. We had to work together. So racism although it existed, was not a mainstream belief. Racists back then were the ones nobody befriended. I remember a boy in school. Said he hated blacks. He never had any close friends after that. It was a very anti Christian belief to judge and hate. I'm pretty sure it still is. Satan supports it though. So maybe they're praying to the wrong entity because their not doing the work of God.
