If veganism is so good then why is there no record of any ancient Black civilisation being vegans?
The ancient Hebrews were BLACK and they were not vegans.
The ancient Egyptians were BLACK and they were not vegans.
The ancient Moors were BLACK and they were not vegans.
The ancient Indians were BLACK and they were not vegans.
There is no record of any ancient Black civilisation being vegans.
The imposter White Indians aka Hindus are the ones who invented veganism.
The original Indians were BLACK and they were not vegans.
Their remains have been found in India and they date back to over 80,000 years.
Remember that Veganism was invented by imposter White Indians aka Hindus.

There is no record of any ancient Black civilisation being vegans.
Every aspect of veganism was started by White Indians aka Hindus.
Modern White Indians have nothing to do with ancient India in the same way that modern White Egyptians have nothing to do with ancient Egypt.

I stopped eating chicken about 5 years ago because I realized it was causing me to have cold sores all the time. I started eating a lot more raw spinach and other raw vegetables and the cold sores literally disappeared. Eat more greens and nuts Thereafter I cut out most meats and only ate fish and some other seafoods. It’s quite difficult to get in all the vitamins and minerals needed daily for a healthy lifestyle without some kind of supplemental intake. Still a work in progress. Constantly improving. Fasting has been great.
When Browder speak, we listen. Never met him but he’s been my personal trainer for years!!! Thank yall for putting him on the platform ✊🏿

I'm 76 days on grapes now. I've been on this fruit detox working on reversing Cerebral Palsy symptoms. My last detox over the summer I made so much improvement. This current detox is much deeper. I plan on going 4 months on grapes and I'd like to speak about my journey of improving my Cerebral palsy spastic deplegia symptoms one day.

'The Browder Files' already blew my mind years ago, but when Mr. Browder connected EWF's song 'Hearts of Fire' to chakras, I was done. Bars.😉 And then the professor proceeded to hit me with 'consciousness transcends color' I said, okay, let me go grab a pen and some paper because clearly this is a Master Class. Great interview and I thank you.

You are right Tony I know a lot of vegans who have died either from cancer or heart attacks! Dr. Afrika died a while back and he was a vegan. But we are what we eat -so I make sure the food I eat will benefit my body. Even the meat I eat is grass fed or pasture raised eggs. But that works for me...

This is a type of interviews you should listen over and over. We need brothers like these two to bring awareness of our beings as Melanated People. I'm on my second years of self deliverance from a toxic world. I rejected all religions and staying away from all distractions. I will definitely get all your books. My husband has had me on the food recovery (program) since 2018 and believe me I feel better, I think better, I heal better and everything to do with the human system is better for me! We have been into Mr. Browder for a long time and we have most of his books, material, and videos.

I’m already a follower of his teachings along with ancestors; Amos Wilson’s, Dr. Jon Henrik Clarke, and present day leaders like Claude Anderson. But Tony Browder was in True form in this interview. He talked like I’ve never heard him. And I’m going to follow you too,Young Black and Vegan, because I’m a Plant Based Sister who has lived a long time (as opposed to saying old 😍). Take care!

My mind has been awakened. I feel this in my bones to be true and I want to learn more.
First got exposed to his work in prison. Most of what I learned about our history I learned in prison. In public school I was never exposed to any Black leaders beyond MLK, Frederick Douglass, Harriet Tubman. Peace to them but we have many Black scholars who have never been recognized by the powers that be.
I’m enjoying the info presented in this interview! I admit feeling guilty for my food choices of late. I was a vegan for 6 months and I enjoyed it. I backslid 2 years ago & I’m struggling w/ poor food choices. I did a 3 day water only fast at the beginning of this month which made me so proud. & I’ve been doing fire breathing or qigong most mornings to move the energy from root upward. Dr. Browder’s point about discipline really hit home 🙏🏾
Listening to Brother Browder share his knowledge, understandings, and wisdom is always a good investment in my time. Thank you for sharing this very informative, enlightening, and inspiring interview. ❤🖤💚

I first saw Tony Browder on the Rock Newman show. He literally opened my eyes to alot of things that I didn't know about. Things that I've always questioned but never really heard of anyone talking about them. Specifically the story about Jesus and Mary. As far as meat when cooked to a certain temp is cancerous, I am definitely lookin into that.

I love the setting of this conversation - at the dining table over food. Breaking bread is such an important social activity. I am reminded of the conversations with my own mentor/father figure. The age difference was about the same as between Dr. Browder and this young brother. He taught me truly what it means to be human. Thanks for sharing this video with us.

This man speaks more truth than any so called religious leader ever did. And of course when some of those pastors, rabbis and imams finally awakened from the slumber and control that they were placed under, they were either killed or cancelled. That’s a fact.

Dr. brown said a lot of gems 💎 as usual but he said they came to the Nile Valley River to study us and to take what we have done & yet that is still happening today they came we are the lesser people but they are still studying us and taking so borrow in America… Remember who are is are ancestors speaking to us.

Good show! All the historical classical musicians were melenated men. Most were dark skin. The European Kings of that time were mostly melenated as well. Easy to research. Melenated people from all over the world. Not all of African descent. America is the true old world!!
