Wind up driving motor with thicker wire to make it spin faster and have more power. It's easy. If you want to make it spin 5 times faster,wind up 5 times less turns of 5 times thicker wire (and that's literally everything you need to do). You will need 5 times bigger current but relay can fix it.😁❤️
