After hearing the bands statement on the song these lyrics have come fully to life. Lots of *my* in this song, and man does this resonate with society today. This song absolutely rips and I am here for it. An antonym to society, may God more perfectly align our will to his, his glory over ours. Excited for this full album!

Where can I find that statement? I'm having a hard time with the lyrics...
From my interpretation, they're painting a picture of a sadistic god or being, rather than the God of the bible...
"All resistance flayed
To question is to kill"
"Come all who hunger
Feed from ashes
My glory awaits me"
"All shall burn away, a blood-flooded horizon
My eden complete, glory awaits"
Do those last lines refer to the lake of fire which will burn away all sinners? The bible tells us that God awaits the fullness of his glory on the day of judgement, but these lyrics seem to mock that. Is this supposed to be taken from the viewpoint of the anti-Christ or even a false Christ?
At the start of the song, we hear "Apocryphal hellhound," and we know that apocryphal texts are extra Biblical
I'm open to correction. But, these lyrics are either intentionally ambiguous (I'm sure some would classify it as "artistic"), or maybe I'm just not interpreting them correctly, but on the surface they come across as straight up blasphemous.

@@AFFL1CTED1no worries man! I think you got it, the lyrics paint the picture of socially liberal Christian’s who alter their faith to match their worldly unbiblical beliefs. Essentially writing their own gospel in the name of their faith. Definitely a thought provoking song!

Another new artist. A bit intense in respect to the lyrics, but the musical style is really well done. It's somewhat intense in that I had a bit of trouble following the lyrics auditorily. I almost sought them out and had my screen reader read them. I appreciate having the lyrics read.
