Thank you for this message, I need it. My Christmas has been one of despair (actually 20 years of a life like Job's no exaggeration) and I have been listening to about 30 different Christian YT "prophets" for the past year who have been saying similar things about " God's blessings breakthroughs, money" etc coming by the end of this year...I have "claimed, proclaimed, received, blah blah blah" all those messages. Although I fully have faith that God CAN DO ANYTHING, and can manifest my prayers, I am not sure I can keep believing that God WILL come through for me, after 20 (almost 21) years of constant HORRIFIC trials (emotional, physical, health, financial, bad jobs and more). So CAN HE? YES! WILL HE? I am not sure anymore because it has been so long. I am at the point of just existing, I have forgotten what joy feels like (last time I felt joy was 2011). I have been so faithful and read scripture for an hour every morning. Reading it has now become empty for me and are just words on a page but I still do it in hopes that there will be some comfort in the Bible SOMEWHERE. I know trials are supposed to make us "stronger", but I am at the point that it has weakened me significantly (remember I am human flesh and my body can only take so much) and a good day for me is when I feel numb and not in despair. Holidays are the worst where despair really sinks in the most. I was really starting to feel hopeful for the first time in years after hearing these same positive messages starting a year ago from multiple Christian content creators and felt God was finally sending me some messages of hope. But after a year of these messages with nothing happening (except even more trials including another huge trial that happened to me TODAY Merry Christmas to me 😭), I think it's time to give up. I don't drink or smoke or have any vices to rely on, I only rely on God, but am feeling His silence for 20 years. I went to church last night but couldn't even sing through my sobbing. I guess God's answer to my prayers is no. This message is my last hope.

Thank you for this message, I need it. My Christmas has been one of despair (actually 20 years of a life like Job's no exaggeration) and I have been listening to about 30 different Christian YT "prophets" for the past year who have been saying similar things about " God's blessings breakthroughs, money" etc coming by the end of this year...I have "claimed, proclaimed, received, blah blah blah" all those messages. Although I fully have faith that God CAN DO ANYTHING, and can manifest my prayers, I am not sure I can keep believing that God WILL come through for me, after 20 (almost 21) years of constant HORRIFIC trials (emotional, physical, health, financial, bad jobs and more). So CAN HE? YES! WILL HE? I am not sure anymore because it has been so long. I am at the point of just existing, I have forgotten what joy feels like (last time I felt joy was 2011). I have been so faithful and read scripture for an hour every morning. Reading it has now become empty for me and are just words on a page but I still do it in hopes that there will be some comfort in the Bible SOMEWHERE. I know trials are supposed to make us "stronger", but I am at the point that it has weakened me significantly (remember I am human flesh and my body can only take so much) and a good day for me is when I feel numb and not in despair. Holidays are the worst where despair really sinks in the most. I was really starting to feel hopeful for the first time in years after hearing these same positive messages starting a year ago from multiple Christian content creators and felt God was finally sending me some messages of hope. But after a year of these messages with nothing happening (except even more trials including another huge trial that happened to me TODAY Merry Christmas to me 😭), I think it's time to give up. I don't drink or smoke or have any vices to rely on, I only rely on God, but am feeling His silence for 20 years. I went to church last night but couldn't even sing through my sobbing. I guess God's answer to my prayers is no. This message is my last hope.
