Mechanics:
1. Official Fashion and Runway Challenge entries will be released on the Miss Universe Philippines app by March 22, 9AM.
2. Each user will get one FREE vote per day.
3. Voting duration is from March 22, 9AM to March 24, 12PM.
4. Only the votes from the MUPH App will be counted.
5. Three (3) winners will be chosen based on the combined votes of the fans and the judges.

FACE= CHECK ( diff facial expresions, she knows her angles, fierce yet sexy still - Steffi? hihihihi )
BODY LANGUAGE= CHECK (she knows what to do, no awkward moments which I believe is expected)
VIDEO EDITING= CHECK (all angles were covered, concept was great, transition, story, captured her physical assets, I love 0:30-35)
PASARELA= CHECK (few points away from the standard made by Steffi, one of the best)
CLOTHING= CHECK (great styling, modern & sultry)

- Celeste is the most beautiful candidate of Miss Universe Philippines! She is a Goddess and stunning. She gives me expensive and stylish vibes.
Walk: perfecto! ✔ 10/10
- She aced the walk!
Outfit: needs improvement ⚠ 5/10
- Let us be honest that she is gorgeous and she can walk. Her team doesn't know how to style her, and they could have done better. The outfit choice doesn't fit where she is. It gives me an early 2000s vibe, a nostalgic nightmare.
- The horrible stripes, the pantyhose, and the terrible corset remind me so much of old Texas and old Tijuana.
Makeup: looks good ✔ 7/10
-Sadly, they can do more than this. She has the most beautiful place, but they could do more in giving her a blast and a complete look. The lipstick made her face pale.
