The only problem is the prices of fish now i just posted a vid comparing 2 fish stores its INSANE the price of fish its going to drive people away from the hobby
Saltwater fish have always been expensive but I have noticed it is getting to the point of being ridiculous. No reason common nano fish like a Midas Blenny for example should be sold for 130$
freshwater fish? cheap as chips, rrelatively compared to salt. Not sure ive paidmore than 3 euros a fish for the pond haha In salt a snail is more than that lol
Same as dogs, cats, etc. the prices went stupid during the lockdowns because people were stuck at home and wanted companionship or a new hobby, but the prices stayed up, even for captive bred, so at that point it just became greed.
I’m going to buy either your 20 cube or 25 peninsula… what are your thoughts on two common clownfish and a firefish goby or the shrimp goby, shrimp combo (if the clowns are compatible with the shrimp?). Thank you!
I've had the shrimp and goby pair in my 10g tank, but it's very annoying if you have corals. The shrimp will throw sand constantly all the time and will even move stuff around if it can lift it. I wouldn't do it again honestly 😂

My top 10 nano fish in no particular order are:
1) Neon cleaner goby;
2) Orchid Dottyback;
3) Royal/Cuban Gramma;
4) Threadfin Cardinalfish;
5) Possum Wrasse;
6) Pink-Streaked Wrasse;
7) Geometric Pygmy Hawkfish
8) Tail Spot Blenny;
9) Trimma Gobies;
10) Springer's damselfish
Great choices! I'm tempted to do a bunch of nano fish in a larger tank :)
You should!
@@WaterboxAquariums Likely the plan for any futured edition in the office tank :D
nano fish dont live in nano oceans as far as im aware ;)
@@PazLeBon But some of them stick to a very small territory.

I have 4 orange striped in a 37 gallon and I love them!
Thank you 🎉
Many of those would be on my list, too.

when i used to have a flaming prawn goby i only say him maybe once a week. very reclusive but cool fish!
Sometimes the coolest fish are the most reclusive !
Subscribed! Great recommendations! Hope I have room to add one of these :)
Could you do a video for like 80-100 gallon tank?
We will send to our production team!
Love this vid. Will definitely have a couple of these when I finally set up my WB cube.
What combination of these fish will work togetaher out of the 10 listed
what fish would do good in a evo 5 gallon long term?
I love Nano Reefs! 🥰🐶
why do possum wrasse have to be in an established tank?
they don’t, i’ve had a few with new tanks, no issues. I currently have one along with a pink streaked wrasse, they do not bother each other.
40 gallon always been considered a nano :)
That it has :)
