      @DocSnipes Thank you Doctor, your words means a lot to me!!
      but hard to suggest topics to cover to be honest, for you already did so much!!! Throughout many series and even your livestreams, if perhaps I managed to think of a topic you didn't already cover, I will write it here as a reply.
      thank you again Doctor, your are truly helping many people, I've found your help in really stressful time, harder than anything I've came across before, as an educated guidance and informative in many ways, even made me more open to learn psychology, as I found it to be a very underrated field to read in, even for non professionals.

    I’m not sure if you answered in one of your other videos you talk about wearing a chastity device and I wear one and have been locked up for 110 days 24/7 . My significant other is good with this and encourages me to wear it as it stop my PMO addiction. Love your videos❤❤

    Are some people just less social?

    • @DocSnipes
      @DocSnipes  11 дней назад

      Yes. Some people are introverts and socializing, especially in groups is very tiring.

    Oh schema!

    • @DocSnipes
      @DocSnipes  14 дней назад

      Yes, exactly! Schemas play such a powerful role in shaping how we perceive and interact in relationships. They’re the core beliefs and patterns we develop early in life, often based on our experiences with caregivers, and they can deeply influence our sense of safety, trust, and self-worth in adulthood.
      When unhelpful schemas are triggered, they can lead to automatic emotional responses, like feeling rejected, unworthy, or unsafe, even when the current situation doesn’t fully match those early experiences. The good news is that becoming aware of these patterns is the first step toward change. Tools like cognitive restructuring, mindfulness, and schema therapy can help challenge and reframe those long-held beliefs.
      If you found this video helpful, please consider sharing it to help others gain insight into how schemas impact relationships. For more in-depth resources and tools for healing, visit DocSnipes.com/Clones.
