Also.... sunblock is a must have....and add collagen in your diet like bone broth soup is the best collagen rich food. Heyy i started retinol for a while and o started noticing that it made me more sensitive to sun exposure, small red dots near my cheek and mose ( i had tiny open pores near cheek and nose area , and open pores on my nose) . So any ceramides should work right? I don't have any acne, so using ceramides will repair the barrier right?i heard dot and key was good for barrier repair is it good? How about the snail mucin?

Ladies and gentlemen, do not use retinol on wet skin ..... Also start from less and gradually increase it.... Also.... sunblock is a must have....and add collagen in your diet like bone broth soup is the best collagen rich food. And use glycolic acid for exfoliating (twice a week, at night only), use vitamin C serum in the morning.
