Can be helped with handling with junkman tyres, suspension and a small spoiler. Then maxed aero turning speed and maximum lowering for rideheight, it handles quite well after this is done.

The only Blacklist Rival I didn't feel bad about missing the chance to get his pinkslip. If I missed it I just bought & SLR and replicated it. I always just saw his pinkslip as a Free genuine SLR. XD Don't get me wrong, SLR's one of my favorite cars, but it's so genuine one play through I did I bought an SLR to go against him and had a Mirror Race.
Huh. Instead of being the penultimate Blacklist racer, Bull drives a stock McLaren. No bodykits, no vinyls, no paint jobs, and no modifications. He just upgraded his McLaren to ultimate even it's design is a sleeper.
True. I loved the way it looked stock. None of that fancy bodykit garbage. And it looked (still does actually) gorgeous in black.
