Thanks, that was well put together. This hopefully will help me get mine running. I just got what I thinks is the same brush mower for free because the right wheel was tacoed by their tractor. Do you have a source to get parts for the chassis?
There are no parts available for the body, other than just finding generic or industrial stuff that's similar. There was a recall on them at one point, because they didn't have an "operator presence" (dead-man's) switch on them, so if you lost control on a hill, they'd remain running and mowing, and run you over. You can replace the belts, and bearings in the blade spindle and transmission box, and I think there might be a wheel that's very close to the originals. You'll have to do your google searching and see what you can find. Or maybe take that wheel to a shop that does welding/fabrication and have the wheel cut apart, bent back straight, and welded back together. I laughed when I saw what had been done to the wheels on this one, but actually, it's a great idea. The owner reported back a couple weeks later that his dad, who's owned it since new, and did that mod to the wheels, has been out mowing with like crazy, and just loves it.
