@@alihachani5553 Had they offered helicopters or heavy equipment for road clearing instead of SAR teams then surely yes. The UK for example provided 3 Chinook helicopters which were flown in from Gibraltar. They were of great value during the rescue operation. A SAR team on the other hand has no use if you can not get them into the mountains where they are needed. But in general yes ofcourse they could always have accepted more aid and maybe they should have. Difficult to tell without having the full details.
