question. i know this is an old video. But i work for a company where we are using a burner to make a 45 degree "chamfer" on the end of a part. can i model that inn with the 2D profiler in the CAM module in any way?

After speaking with our CAM team, here is their response: "Are you trying to add a chamfer to your model or program a chamfer for your burn table? 2D Profile only works in 2 axis in Inventor CAM. You may be able to use the swarf milling toolpath and modify the code to your machine. Reach out to us we may be able to help with a custom post processor to make this work." @@Team-D3 hi. we have a big burner and a big plasma kutter that can burn chamfers. So im looking for being able to burn a chamfer for the burning table. we are at present using a outdated nesting program. but we need to be able to cut chamfers with these tools if we are going to make the move over to inventor.
