Hi! Thank you for your support, but actually, Dream canonically has no gender. They were a created as a ball of magic, so technically they were not born a girl or a boy. Sure, they might identify more as a boy, but still it is some creators preferences as to what they do with Dream. I called them "Mother" because in that relationship, Dream plays the role of the mother.

I called them "Mother" because in that relationship, Dream plays the role of the mother.
