In the late 70s and 80s, my parents (and I as a very young man) used to be regulars at all Hindustani classical programs in Mumbai and Pune. My mother was a disciple of Jagannathbua Purohit. There we’d run into a Shri Sunderji who was also as passionate and regular. My father and he chatted a few times at Sawai Gandharva i remember - esp when Jasraj first rendered ‘Mai Saware Rangarachi’ I’ve been in the US for the last 30 years but are you by any chance a relative?

What was Sunderji's first name?
Darned if i can remember! He was always always in impeccable white starched khadi churidar kurta. Slim, bald probably in his fifties
