I love the shaker style benches. I think they are the best because of the tons of storage space (drawers and dooors) underneath the top. i have a similar setup, but without the deadman jack, nice addition
Yeah it's a really nice style, especially for small shops. The leg vise is the best thing ever. Haven't actually used the deadman yet but I think it'll come in handy soon.
How much opening do you get with your new Vise setup? I get 13+ inches of opening with the biggest Maple screw Lake Erie Toolworks provides, it just isn't all that fast.
Well this is my old bench, my new can be found here: ruclips.net/video/64F2tpEWI4E/видео.html Not sure how much opening it gives, but not quite 13 inches I think.
That has got to be the thickest leg chop I've seen. Nice work., All hand tool made.
Another great build, very enjoyable to watch without the distraction of music and chatter. Thankyou!
Thanks a lot!

Wow... what is the TPI on that saw @ 1:00? Those teeth are huge!
LOL. I thought the same thing. They look like the teeth of a Great White shark.
Whats the length of the crisscross ?
What is the source of the hardware?
Sorry about that, found it
