    I just installed the ecu and air box and exhaust system. The first test ride put a big smile on my face.

    Great videos. You do a great job of explaining the steps without over complicating them. I went with the 1.5 with CBR cams on my non Rally 300L. It’s awesome, and the cams being actual oem Honda parts designed for this engine, albeit in a different frame, works flawlessly. I’m really wanting to commit fully to stage 4 but can’t get my hands on a big bore kit. 550 always seems to be out of stock and not sure I trust other manufacturers.

      Sounds like you've got a great build going...550 is definitely worth the wait. Good luck!

      Hi there sunburntodin. I have a CRF 300 L couple of questions if you don't mind. Did you install any other parts in addition to the cams ecu, exhaust etc?
      Please describe the power diffference/"feeling" with the cbr 300 cams and any other mods you made Thanks Nick

    Great great video. Thank you. The camera angles showing exactly what you're taking about are perfection. Thank you!

     thank you. What mpg were you getting before the mod? Whats the difference? Worse, better, or about the same?

      I didn’t do a controlled comparison… Feels like I dropped 4 or 5 miles per gallon. I’m averaging up near 69 miles per gallon now , but I don’t ride this bike very aggressively.

    How did this ECU and exhaust mod affect your fuel consumption?

      Did not do a controlled comparison before and after but I am generally getting 69 miles per gallon now. Of course it depends on where and how you ride.

    Have you considered the sport cams upgrade?

      I thought about it, but I have four project bikes on the go and don’t want to spend all my time wrenching… If this was my only bike, I would probably do it.

    Are you seeing a higher top speed after the mods?

    • @dualsportgarage
      @dualsportgarage  2 месяца назад +1

      Yes …I noticed 6 mph improvement…although I did not do a controlled before and after test.

      @@dualsportgarage That is impressive!

      Conditions were very different on my before and after rides so I can’t say for sure how much was due to mods…but the bike does accelerate much better now so I would expect at least 4 mph.

    Do you have to go to ministry of transportation for ecu modification?

      Officially this is not for on road use as mentioned in the video. Unofficially the bike works perfectly so…?
