kevin cronin is one of the most humble people you can ever meet.i have chilled out with and have spoken with him on plenty occasions.he truly understands how blessed he really is.a remarkable man indeed.
Gary was the best at matching guitar licks to Kevin's voice who could interpret Gary's lyrics or vice-versa. In the 70's, you had many bands who that chemistry of guitar and vocals. Anne and Nancy Wilson; Stevie Nicks and Lindsay Buckingham when it came to relationship rock ballads; Brad Welp and Tom Stolz. Just to name a few.
Thanks for posting this song. It takes me back to when I was in highschool. I had the cassette tape of "High Infidelity" and totally wore it out. Loved the Little Rascals intro to the song.
I remember when this album came out! I was a sophmore. Every song on the album was great. When they went on tour they played everywhere and they sounded perfect just like this video and that was refreshing because most band live didnt cut it. Journey was awesome live, KISS blowed becasue they were so big and Ace and Peter were always on drugs. Early KISS was very good live. This video brings back a thousand memories, thanks for posting.
I heard Hi Infidelity in Scotland from a friend who bought the tape in Malaysia, I was hooked and got to see them live in Tallahassee Civic Center in '85. I love REO Speedwagon.
i recently seen tem in concert also and it was the best rock concert ever! i grew up listening to them from my mom. id def see them again! kevin has an awesome voice :-)

Quote: "This is the Best version of this song.. I ve tried to get Live Infidelity but they tell me it`s out of print.. Thanks" Yeah, unfortunately it is out of print. I kick myself for not taping it off the air back in 1981 (MTV aired it). It was a great show from McNichols Arena in Denver, so if you ever see a show from there, at that time, it's it. (I think this clip is from that show, actually.) Hopefully some company will re-release it on DVD or Blu-Ray one of these days.
Love Gary Richrath's solos. Very underrated lead guitarist.
Without Gary, REO is not what they used to be. He was the heart and soul of REO. As a fellow Peoria boy, thanks for many great years Gary!
"they think their full of fire... she thinks they're full o shiiiit." Classic line.

Hey bands of today, I dare you to sing and play live and sound just like your album without any technological help like REO did and still does!
Man o Man Gary sure is playing sweet right here. No one one can touch him,he's the best
My favorite song by REO!

Classic Richrath chirp in this one
I think this was the first song that really brought my attention (I was 11) to the magic of pinch harmonics.
Gary Richrath (and roll), the only lead guitarist that reminds me of Mick Ronson.
