Actually, this song is called "Unchained", it's a remix from Tupac's and James Brown's songs. It was first used in the movie "Django Unchained" (great movie btw) directed by Quentin Tarantino.
The anime's quality is widely discussed and agreed upon as good. However, I'd like to direct some attention towards the editor who deserves recognition for crafting such seamless flow in this work, even 9 years ago.

I'd say spike is indestructible over untouchable. On the occasions he does get hit, he bounces back Everytime, and most people would die. This video still rules regardless.
Cowboy bebop is like- the best. It needs more love and attention. And honestly, people need to make like- gacha reaction vids with cowboy bebop characters. I'd do it myself but I don't have an account and I can't make one (yet)
