How to Fix Copy Paste Option Not Working on iPhone after iOS Update

Would you know how to fix Universal Clipboard not working ?
I have the same Apple ID on all devices, same WiFi, and have logged out, turned handoff off and turned it back on, logged back into the same Apple ID on all 10 devices and still it won’t work
On my Mac I do have allow hand off on. I have turned it off and restarted the laptop and rechecked it... still does not work. My Mac will not locate my devices
But for example if I want to send a photo from my Mac from my iPhone it works, but if I want to use air drop and send a photo from my Mac to my devices, it does not work
I checked my firewall settings and it does not matter if I have it turned off or on.. there’s no actual settings in it to allow me to do anything

Or som I be sooo mad I was about to throw my phone
