I love the Bowie influence on this, it’s no game, off the album, scary monsters and super creeps.
It's such a bowie/fripp rip it barely constitutes an original song..but it's well done to be fair.

Echoing another comment recently made, Rose Elinor’s vocals should be central not GC… she is by far the better singer
This would sound better if Coxon put his ego aside and realized he's not a great singer and let Rose Elinor be upfront on the vocals.

I’ll disagree. While she may be a better singer overall, you go with what best serves the song. By your logic, Paul McCartney should have taken the lead vocal for every Beatles track since he was clearly the better singer, but that would not have worked for lots of their tracks.
