I love all your videos. The rose beef can be found if you find a meat locker and tell them to pull it while fresh and to give them the heads up when skinning so they don't hack it to pieces in America lockers that age carcasses it will mostly go to grind or the waste bucket

I can't imagine your version of that using a bone in ribeye. Use the whole spinalis for a some pinwheel, the eye for something else, the ribs for some sort of beef snack.
