    In the MLS, select sold. Then go into the map and navigate to the subject property. Look at the houses that are around the subject property. If they are not marked as recently sold, you can click on the property within the parcel map, and a pop up window will appear and will tell you the last time the property sold and for how much. This is true for FSBO's or any type of sale that did not use a realtor.

    FSBOs sell for significantly lower than homes that were sold by an agent. Sellers don't price their homes properly. That's why they're typically not used.

      That's even more incentive for FSBOs to switch to hiring an agent!
