I like your knot, What type of knot are you using ? how come only 21 crosses but not 23 ? Thank you for sharing.

It depends on the racket, racket with 76 holes will have 21 crosses while 72 hole racket has 22 crosses. Rackets with 23 crosses are quite rare, nevertheless, I have seem a few. And the knots can be found here: ruclips.net/video/85mXmT04o-M/видео.html

As the cross stings tighten it will increase the mains tension slightly. Thats what I've seen about it and it makes sense.
