This plot line literally only exists for the Stars to flex their acting chops and the animators to flex their, well, animation and camera work and I am ALL for it, that was awesome!
That ending turned this whole thing into "When the behind-the-scenes is more entertaining than the actual movie." Also, love that 2D-ish animation for Oga's speedier moves!
Izuru having to use a box to stand on to adjust something for Oga is hilarious since Oga is so much taller than everyone else. Everyone in Holostars slowly getting guns (even though it is just Aruran, Shien and Oga for now) They all seem so disappointed in their home movie at the end because of the camera.
when roberu/aruran got up they knock the camera and the rest of the scene they can only see the feet, i would be dissapointed too especially coz the scene was acted on point.

So this is where all the budget for the last episode went... I see... I wouldn't mind if they cut the lights for a few more episodes if it meant that we get to see masterpieces like this.
(Spoiler comment) 1:32 I like how the cinematic black bars disappearing here seems like a foreshadowing on the fact that their camera isn't the one doing the shots and angles we are currently seeing.
i'm so new to these vtubers and honestly it was PSO/NGS that brought me here cause i fell inlove with Shien the moment i seen and heard his voice. Honestly was such a smart move to have New Genesis and Holo do a collab. I'd like to think i'm an example of what the outcome was. Just a fan of the pso games and a fan of NGS suddenly falling for Shien and now i'm here. Looking at all content that has Shien in it and his stuff. Character design is so awesome and his voice..oof. Not to mention his talent in delivering these lines. I HAD to get his voice in NGS for my male character and his outfit.
