Thank you Kino! Always great content and yoga routines. My only issue is, it'd be great if you could put the ads only at the beginning and end of your videos as I find them quite frustrating and distracting when they're bang in the middle. Thank you!
First of all you are making good content. Second I am unable to sit on the ground with legs straight and also like i an unable to do downward facing dog with straight legs. I feel intense pain in the lower back. Which asanas can improve my spinal flexibility of bending forward?
One last comment/concern: whenever I shift weight in the body/my hips while in supine position, my pelvis/sacrum pops loudly, sometimes 3 times, as if it’s off... I am constantly doing yoga and strengthening or stretching, but I also almost always have pain in my left hip flexor and groin/hip area.... I want to go to a chiropractor, but my insurance does not cover it.. Do you recommend any stabilizing/strengthening or stretching poses for the hip flexors and the si joint?? I think this may be the problem; I’ve had 3 kids and I’m also hyper flexible, so I think there some misalignment within the pelvis/sacrum, and I’m trying to correct it, if at all possible. I do pigeon pose, daily; any variation of a flow practice, like sun sals and yin yoga usually in the evening... sometimes I do Pilates if I want a little more toning and strength. Just giving you an idea of my fitness level and experience! I hope to hear back from you... Namaste, ~Ashley~
It may hell to identify which part of your pelvis/sacrum pops and if the pop lessens or increases the pain. Without a complete diagnosis and working with you in person it is really hard to say. But, if you are hyper flexible, working on stability is definitely a good idea. When this whole period ends I think it may be a good idea to work either with a Chiropractor or physical therapist to get a more thorough diagnosis so that you can better adjust your practice. 🙏🙏🙏

Try pigeon to help loosen hips that's what puts pressure on the lower back or forward fold with blocks
It sounds like you have right hamstrings and hips. Pigeon is good, and also janusirsana, and keep slowly easing into downward dog 🙏🏼
