      Tadziki or Mashed Chickpeas as mentioned above. That was a great sun suggestion btw!

      I was thinking the same thing as I am also allergic to avocados. I was thinking that a potential sub could be chopped olives, but they are very salty

    weight loss receipt but you put too many cards like banana, sugar even brown sugar still sugar, and oat That is all added up all cards to storge fat. not Losse fat.
